Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.
 
Job summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently in search of a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key members across our Mitigation, Contents, and Reconstruction departments to ensure seamless project operations. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with project administration, facilitating communication with clients and project managers, and providing support in resolving job-related issues and equipment challenges. Additionally, you will handle data entry, assist office visitors, schedule inspections, and maintain accurate job files. Other duties include coordinating meetings, managing vendor relationships, liaising with insurance companies, processing payments, dispatching tasks, and managing office logistics such as supply ordering and phone line management.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating activities among Project Coordinators, Project Managers, clients, contractors, and DRYmedic staff. 
  • Screen incoming client calls and coordinate communication with Project Managers. 
  • Aid in resolving job issues, change requests, and address staff, site, and equipment problems. 
  • Support project administration activities including scheduling, crew assignments, timekeeping reviews, purchase orders, and safety reporting. 
  • Perform data entry, compile materials, and maintain up-to-date files. 
  • Assist office guests and schedule inspections with homeowners. 
  • Monitor job files for accuracy from initiation to completion. 
  • Coordinate employee recognition meetings and track Spin to Win Points. 
  • Manage and update vendor lists. 
  • Interface with insurance companies to gather claim information. 
  • Process payments as required. 
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance and scheduling service appointments. 
  • Handle incoming shipments and office supply orders. 
  • Manage daily phone line forwarding and un-forwarding. 
  • Ensure timely sending of necessary documentation to customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters. 
Qualifications  
  • Preferred experience in restoration. 
  • Strong skills in management, delegation, time management, planning, and leadership. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. 
  • High level of sound judgment and reasoning. 
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills for diverse working environments. 
  • Empathetic and professional demeanor in all interactions. 
  • Proficiency in technology/computers. 
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills. 
  • Flexible availability to accommodate rotating on-call schedules. 
Pay range $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
