About the role:

Roundglass is looking for Associate, Project Coordinator working directly with our Global Head, Mental Health and Wellbeing on managing day-to-day operations, executing strategic objectives, and supporting companywide initiatives. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Content Project Management:
    • Manage and coordinate content initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and track progress for continuous improvement.
    • Organize and lead regular team meetings to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Programming, Design, Research) to drive content operations, track progress, and report on key outcomes.

 

  • Metrics & Reporting
    • Develop and produce regular reports on content performance and engagement, evaluating effectiveness across different channels and formats
    • Conduct research on relevant industry trends and adjust content strategies based on emerging topics and team feedback.

 

  • Status Reporting & Performance Analysis
    • Prepare weekly reports for leadership, highlighting project status, identifying risks, and proposing actionable solutions.
    • Analyze content performance against marketing goals and calendar timelines, adjusting strategies based on trends and audience feedback.

 

  • Rhythm of Business (ROB) Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with ROB documentation for RG Living’s Content Team, updating monthly, quarterly, and EOY deliverables as per set cadence.

 

  • Team Coordination:
    • Ensure timely completion of content deliverables for product releases, coordinating across departments to meet all deadlines.

 

  • Metadata, Taxonomy & Content Organization
    • Work with SMEs to guide metadata, taxonomy, and content cataloguing across verticals.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across office locations, cultures, and time zones

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

 

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
