CSR/Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: 
  • Sales Support
  • Set up of new customers, sites, and contacts
  • Quote entry & pricing check on all items
     
    Inside Sales/Bid Desk:
  • Inside sales for customers not assigned to an Account Manager, as well as accounts that are low margin
  • Bid Desk for qualifying opportunities & then forwarded to the appropriate Sales Representative
  • Research new construction opportunities and help qualify
  • Assist with selling clearance items and aged inventory
 
Tech Ops:
  • Process ITF (against install Materials) & assist with CCO and ICO processing
  • Product availability once an installation order is entered
  • Check PO delivery dates on equipment & assist with putting together binders/digital folders 

Purchasing:
  • Establish and update inventory masters and new vendors/vendor contacts
  • Assist Purchasing Manager in Purchase Order to follow-up and track
  • Stay updated on PO status/delivery dates & keep vendor pricing sheets current
 
Project Coordination:
  • Maintain project schedules, team goals and coordination with Project Managers and Install Manager
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date and properly filed
  • Alert Service Department of a completed project
  • Work with managers to generate and process internal/external Change Orders
  • Communicate scheduled jobs to the warehouse for staging and shipping
  • Coordinate the printing of drawings, labels, and Team Project folders for installers
  • Schedule and participate in project kick-off and post completion meetings
  • Analyze post-installation job costing data and report out
  • Update project milestones for Project Managers
  • Verify proper shipping/receiving and ensure all equipment arrives prior to scheduled installations
 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of project management knowledge
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, while also ensuring timely deadlines are met
  • Effective communication and ability to work successfully with clientele, employees, and all levels of the organization
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Professional attire and attitude
  • Proficiency with utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
