A growing company is seeking a Project Development Coordinator to facilitate communication among developers, architects, engineers, expediters, and other stakeholders involved in their construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience coordinating ground-up projects in real estate development, architectural design, construction, or expediting.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage acquisition and due diligence processes for construction projects.
- Coordinate plan submissions, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee site preparation, ensuring everything is in place for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with neighbors and other community members involved in or affected by the project.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
- Leverage computer systems and tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
