The Opportunity

Are you an experienced project coordinator with a passion for clinical research? We are seeking a highly skilled TRACK-FA Project Coordinator to help drive the coordination and management of the TRACK-FA study across seven leading academic sites.

In this job-share role, you will work closely with the TRACK-FA Research Officer to ensure seamless integration of all study components, including neuroimaging, clinical, cognitive, and blood marker data. Your expertise in project administration, ethics applications, and data management will be crucial in supporting the execution and monitoring of this ground-breaking research initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the TRACK-FA study across multiple academic sites
• Provide high-level project administration, scheduling, and committee support
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans and milestones
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements
• Support data input, security, and distribution in collaboration with the Research Officer
• Act as a key point of contact for consortium members, site investigators, and stakeholders

About You:

• Degree in a relevant field OR extensive project coordination experience in clinical research
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience with research protocols, ethics applications, and clinical trials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and research database systems
• Background in human clinical research, particularly neurological or degenerative diseases, is highly desirable
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training is a plus
