SEG has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate is detail oriented with a β€œcan do” attitude. The candidate can work in a team environment and has a passion for learning new things. Traditional office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; however, this role supports multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, so extended work hours are typical.

Reports to: Senior Project Coordinator Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Member of the project administrative team supporting pre-coordination and project submittal preparation to cities, counties, and state agencies.
  • Follow up on city submittal, status on city portals, submittal tracking.
  • Assist with utility coordination and due diligence, compiling and gathering maps, as-builds, public records by accessing various city and county portals.
  • Requests utility maps, conducts conflict review, and follow-up to requests. Assists with construction administration, including attending project meetings and acting as a liaison between design engineers and utility coordination.
  • Update weekly meeting reports and project tracking sheets.
  • Processes agency comments/redline corrections from municipality portals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years prior experience with licensing, permitting, and submittal preparations
  • Knowledge and experience with construction administration; ability to read and interpret plans, construction plans, surveys, right of way and easement maps, cost estimates, field notes, property descriptions, titles, and deeds.
  • Team oriented ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually with minimal supervision.
  • keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
  • strong organization skills and ability to investigate ambiguity
  • Proficiency in project management processes and procedures including project management software. bqeCore and Smartsheet proficiency preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products.
  • Committed to time sensitive support and meeting deadlines.
Salary Description
$55,000
