As Project Coordinator, you will support pricing of new tasks and monitor program elements of DOs for a multi-award IDIQ contract ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with program commitments or specific objectives. You will also oversee personnel and commitments on iGov subcontracts and regularly interface with our Prime contractors.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Program Manager.
  • Provide support to the Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
  • Brief management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
  • Coordinate projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compile statistics and data for projects; may assist in writing narratives for reports.
  • Monitor project timeline; track document submissions; create, monitor, and maintain audit files.
  • Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of risks that may impact the success of the project.
  • For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work under tight timeframes.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Aptitude for detailed work, data analysis and follow-up.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
