Precision Signs is looking for a highly-skilled Project Coordinator to join our team! - Plan and support projects by collaborating with teams to manage budgeting, scheduling, accounting, engineering, production, and installation
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and vendors
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, project status reports, and change orders
- Track budgets and costs, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Suggest process improvements to optimize workflow, increase efficiency, and reduce risk in project execution
- Experience in project coordination or a similar role (experience in signs, construction, or manufacturing is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, floor plans, and fabrication drawings to verify specifications, measurements, and assembly details
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar) are a plus
- A valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record
