Job Summary

The Project Coordinator reports to the Washington Division Manager and supports the Project Management team in delivering high-quality, timely, and profitable commercial landscape installations. This role serves as a key liaison between in-house departments, field staff, project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination. The position is based out of the Corporate Office in Kent, WA, with occasional on-site work at various job site locations.

Working hours will range from 7:00am-4:00pm or as needed, Monday-Friday. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review new projects, gain familiarity with all aspects – scope, plans & specifications, exclusions, special requirements, materials, etc.
  • Attend weekly operations meeting with Project Management Team and help provide input for budgeting, forecasting, manpower, equipment, etc.
  • Attend onsite meetings, as requested, capturing any pertinent information that may impact project cost, schedule, production, scope revisions, etc.
  • Maintain updated plans and specs in house and in the field
  • Review ASI’s, RFI’s, Bulletins, etc.
  • Work with PM to coordinate submittal process and closeout process
  • Coordinate purchasing efforts, based on approved submittals
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries
  • Work with PM to build accounting schedule of values and submit monthly billing reports
  • Work with PM to oversee/Manager change order tracking, document pertinent correspondence, photos, emails, etc. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a General or Subcontractor environment (office or field)
  • General understanding of construction process and Interpreting construction plans and specs 
  • Familiar with submittals, schedules, project administration and documentation
  • High level of organization, prioritization, tracking and meeting commitments or deadlines
  • High level computer skills and experience
  • Timberline experience helpful, but not required
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with willingness to work as a team player, be flexible and support team members
  • Highly adaptable and thorough, with willingness to embrace change
  • Dependable, ethical, professional, and responsible with a strong work ethic
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation: $22-25/hr
