What we offer
The Project Coordinator role is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time). This position includes Full Benefit Package and Competitive Wage

A Day in the Life
· File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
· Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
· Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
· Lead and track the Departments AP and AR
· Manage various project related documents
· Track and report inventory allocation.
· Maintain employee paperwork
· Other duties as required/assigned.
What you bring
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/project type of role
· Construction Environment considered a strong asset.
· Invoicing experience
· Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
This role will support the Commercial Roofing Division.
