Position Summary

A TriVista Project Coordinator collaborates with other members of the TriVista Digital & Technology (D&T) team on a variety of projects. D&T Due Diligence projects usually take 3-4 weeks and incorporate proposals, project setup, data room management, agenda preparation, onsite/remote meeting coordination, and lead project completion documentation. Projects can encompass IT and Operations due diligence analysis for buy side, sell-side, and carve out transactions. This role represents the image and credibility of the firm. They will interface with TriVista staff, private equity firms, clients, bankers, and target company leadership in the process of executing their tasks. Work is performed remotely with periodic (< 10%) travel within the US required for internal training and meetings.  

In addition, the Project Coordinator assists TriVista staff with a variety of internal operational activities including documentation of internal processes, review of training materials, Excel templates, PowerPoint templates, agendas, and other business process documents.


Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of D&T Due Diligence projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data room management, project logistics, and report quality reviews
  • Manage Salesforce opportunities, projects, resource planner, and case studies
  • Follow project management, oversight, and coordination principles
  • Apply knowledge of office tools, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required
  • Project support maintaining, Gantt charts, metrics, and spreadsheets 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in project management, oversight, or coordination required
  • Excellent attention to details and writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities  

Education 

  • 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in a project management discipline and/or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ability to obtain once employed

Base range between $90,000-$100,000. Exact compensation may vary on skills, experience, and location.
