Are you looking to grow your skills and work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment? Our Orlando Field Office is hiring!

The ideal individual will have a can-do, will-do attitude in support of our local team of 50+ employees. Corporate is in Massachusetts, but you will be a key part of the Orlando office that supports our local installation team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 - 7 years of administrative skills.

General administrative duties include;

• Daily Field Update tracking
• Monitoring Safety Software
• Job Close Outs � Compile and build closeout documentation deliverable:
• Creation of Material Trackers for each project.
• Order Rental Equipment as needed � including lifts, testers or other equipment.
• Order & track job specific items (Storage Containers, lifts, etc.) as needed.
• Company Vehicle Tracking
• Other duties as assigned
• Site Tracker- creating projects & uploading of documents
• Track and submit Service Tickets
• Sharefile- creating project folders
• Track JSA
• Swiftrac
• Strong communication skills

Job hours are 7:30 AM � 4:00 PM

This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.

Job Requirements

Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree

Education: High school + AA Degree or higher

Skill-sets: Computer � Proficient in MS Office � Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Pay Scale is $20-25/hr based on experience
