The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the Project Management and Design team to ensure that our projects smoothly transition from initial set up to successful product delivery. This position will assist in onboarding new projects, inputting comments into our system, assisting with client communication, and various other administrative tasks. The position requires organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project specifications and construction administration transactions (RFI/Submittals).
- Set up job numbers, phases, and folders.
- Input internal and client comments into the project documents and system.
- Provide administrative support for the team which includes filing documents and coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Prepare project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Management of plotting inventory

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous industry experience strongly required.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must be detail orientated and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must display professionalism and initiative.
- Highschool degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or related industry.
- AutoCAD & REVIT experience
