Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing key tasks to ensure the smooth execution of solar panel installations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Processing:
- Add jobs into company CRM.
- Verify all documents are included in the sales intake form.
- Provide detailed scope of work information to site surveyors and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Design and Approvals:
- Send out and obtain final design signatures from homeowners and sales representatives.
- Order proper utility placards (including maps) through the PV labels website.
- Utility Coordination:
- Submit interconnection and utility requests, including requesting necessary revisions.
- Schedule disconnects/reconnects with utility companies for electrical upgrades.
- Add necessary placards to install packets.
- Submit PTO (Permission to Operate) to utility companies.
- Communication Management:
- Handle all email communication with utility companies to ensure timely updates and information exchange.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in project coordination or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Coperniq, is a plus.
- Knowledge of utility processes and interconnection procedures is an advantage.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
