This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for project management. You'll collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects.
  • Act as a liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to track project progress.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage essential project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders).
  • Support procurement by placing orders for materials and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues, helping to maintain schedules and resolve challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Attend project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items, and follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction project coordination or management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software.
  • Familiarity with commercial construction processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
