We are searching for an expert level Project Coordinator for an extremely fast paced construction project located at the Palisades fire zone in Los Angeles, CA. This is an onsite position. This position requires previous construction background as a PM/Coordinator. Pay is $30.00 p/hour
Project Planning & Organization:
Assists in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manages project schedules, tasks, and resources.
Organizes and maintains project documentation, ensuring it's readily accessible.
Communication & Coordination:
Facilitates communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and project managers.
Organizes and attends project meetings, taking minutes and distributing updates.
Keeps everyone informed about project progress, changes, and potential issues.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Tracks project progress against timelines and budgets.
Prepares status reports and presentations for project managers and stakeholders.
Identifies potential risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support:
Handles administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and managing project finances.
Ensures project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Problem Solving:
Identifies and resolves project issues, working with the project manager and team to find solutions.
Ensures that projects are completed successfully and on time.
