The Controls Project Engineer Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the Controls Project Engineering team. This role focuses on fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of cost effective, integrated controls solutions that meet project requirements.
SUMMARY: Provide direct support to the Controls. Support Contracting, Security, and Icon as needed.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum 1 year of administrative/customer service experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office Suite, general familiarity with computer systems, and ability to learn software applications as required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and write. Required to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers. Ability to understand and translate correspondence from dictation.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic math skills. Ability to perform basic math operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
