We're currently seeking a Custom Home Project Coordinator and Estimator who can align detailed planning with construction excellence. This role is essential to our pre-construction process, bridging the gap between design, pricing, and build. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the designer to develop comprehensive construction plans and specifications.
- Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for custom home builds.
- Evaluate sitework, review property surveys, scope of work, and pricing.
- Coordinate and manage project development from concept through pre-construction.
- Serve as the liaison between clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify and anticipate project needs, challenges, and solutions before they arise.
- Manage change orders with detailed documentation and pricing updates.
- Support business development through process improvement and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Estimator in residential construction.
- High proficiency in construction estimating and project management software.
- Deep understanding of custom residential construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in North Carolina.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

- Full-Time: Monday to Friday
