Customer Service Representative – Account Services (Project Coordinator) day-to-day:

  • Customer care and communication
  • Managing customer’s direct mail projects from quoting to project completion
  • Ensure project quality by adhering to best practices
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes throughout project
  • Entering accurate project details in project management software

Customer Service Representative – Account Services (Project Coordinator) requirements:

  • Must be customer focused
  • Effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to use experience and independent judgment to handle unique and complex
  • Excellent problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills. Time and project
  • management skills are a must. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong computer software skills – Microsoft Office Suite.
