SUMMARY
This position is responsible for a wide range of technical tasks that support all activities within the Right-of-Way (R/W) Section. The responsibilities include providing both technical and administrative support for the Section's project management activities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with the review of construction plans and management of the City’s R/W Lease program, overseeing the departmental fence and wall program, reviewing traffic control plans for various projects within the R/W, providing ArcGIS support for the Section, serving as the primary contact for Cityworks, an asset management and tracking database used by CDOT, and supporting Oversized Load and House Move permits. Additionally, the position will assist the R/W Section Management team with initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and policies affecting the Section. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
