Manages all aspects of project tracking from inception to conclusion within OSP functions and responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the point of contact on assigned projects - performs a variety of duties such as assigning team members, updating statuses; working with team members to maintain timeline of project
Responds to inquiries about projects
Working with team and vendors/contractors for quotes/invoicing
Processing Purchase Order requests and providing to managers/vendors
Working with team and AP to process confirm receipt/completion of purchase order and acquire approval for payment processing
Review and update Spend Reports (confirming projects are on budget or reasons for discrepancies; advising of coding changes as needed)
Miscellaneous clerical duties

Thoroughness and strong organizational skills.
Highly self- motivated, assertive and self-directed.
Good customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 years’ experience in project coordination, resource scheduling or related field preferred
