We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and proactive Event & Project Coordinator to execute our law firm's marketing initiatives. Positive, collaborative, compassionate, and professional interpersonal skills are essential requirements for promoting our firm. As the Event & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the Firm’s strategic marketing plans and projects and supporting business development efforts.

  • Events and Workshops: Assist with planning and coordinating, set up and take down, for events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase the firm's visibility and strengthen professional relationships.
  • Collecting and Reporting: Collect data from various campaigns and reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).Gather information needed for any internal or external marketing meetings. Update dashboards and numbers where needed.
  • Content Development and Marketing: Edit/deploy compelling and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, email campaigns, and updating our professional online profiles, such as Google My Business. Assist in gathering analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement of our marketing efforts.
  • Public Speaking & Networking Support: Organize and deliver presentations to educate and engage various audiences. Plan networking events to build and maintain professional relationships to include event logistics, manage communications, and provide on-sit assistance.
  • Client Referral Contact: Assist with reaching out to current or past clients and referrals to gather information, surveys, etc, to gather data needed.
  • Vendors: Work with vendors to produce content on a timely basis and within budget based on the set marketing plan and schedule.
  • Policies, Systems, and Procedures (PSPs): Memorialize/maintain PSPs for the Marketing Division and marketing team members regarding all efforts herein in order to create a well-oiled Automatic Marketing Machine.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in all marketing strategies and channels identified herein.
  • Proficiency with using technology tools in marketing management and execution, including CRMs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
  • Passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices in legal marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, inspire and build relationships across different internal departments and with external partners and vendors.
  • Ability to lead by example, exhibiting our firm core values and putting them into practice.
