The Marketing & Customer Care Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing materials, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role will work directly with vendor partners and BCS operations to ensure customers receive high-quality, timely materials while also supporting marketing initiatives and internal processes. Additionally, the coordinator will manage Demand Bridge setup, purchase orders (POs), billing, and markup determinations. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Customer Support

o Oversee customer care projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes as needed.

o Work closely with internal teams (Production, IT, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

o Coordinate with vendor partners to manage material production and distribution.

o Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure compliance with client specifications and internal standards.

o Ensure on-time delivery of all customer projects, proactively managing deadlines and expectations.

• Marketing Coordination & Execution

o Assist the customer in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including client communications, branding initiatives, and promotional materials.

o Ensure marketing collateral is properly formatted, branded, and aligned with customer and company expectations.

o Track and analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in marketing and customer experience.

• Financial & Process Management

o Manage Demand Bridge setup, ensuring accurate PO processing and billing.

o Work with internal teams to determine appropriate markup structures.

o Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, project progress, POs, and service issues.

o Assist in cost analysis and pricing strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining service quality.

o All paperwork is completed timely.

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management

o Lead client meetings, providing updates on project status and proactively addressing concerns.

o Develop strong customer relationships by ensuring a responsive and solution-driven approach.

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements based on customer insights and feedback.

o Expected to voice concerns, challenges, and areas for improvement to management to continuously enhance processes and service quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role.

• A background in marketing, communications, business, or print production is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily conducted in a standard office environment.

• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

• Additional work hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
