Job Overview

As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will support the marketing team in driving various marketing projects. You will provide exceptional customer support for Infinity dealer partners and the internal Infinity team. This role includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating marketing projects and campaigns, and assisting with the creation of marketing content and materials. This role will drive programs forward through problem-solving, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Highlights of your role

  • Serve as Marketing’s first point-of-contact to assist dealer partners with marketing requests; develop and maintain relationships with dealer partners.
  • Develop, manage, and implement communications for Infinity marketing programs and general dealer partner communications
  • Implement and complete marketing initiatives. Support continuous improvement of these projects, including process improvements, maintaining and crafting presentation materials, and providing analysis and regular reports.
  • Develop strong project management skills in partnership with manager and team, including: on time completion; budget management; efficient and proactive solicitation of input and approvals.
  • Support development and editing of content via collaboration with external and internal resources (e.g., newsletters, bulletins, blog, print materials, video, website and photography)
  • Coordinate and support corporate events and photo shoots, including booking travel, managing vendors, and on-site support
  • Manage Infinity Marketing Express assets in collaboration with Design/Production team
  • Assist with website content CMS management and content entry

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • All combinations of education and experience will be considered, but a college degree in marketing or related field is preferred
  • Prior work experience in marketing communications or advertising and project management is helpful
  • Understanding of basic marketing and business principles, including digital marketing (experience or understanding of Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience working with outside vendors to complete projects and achieve objectives

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating information, communicating effectively, and working as part of a team
  • Strong editing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Project) and marketing tools and software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to convey strong, clear messages
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
