The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and tracking marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of various campaigns, as well as light support of cross-functional efforts related to product development. This role plays a key part in maintaining internal organization, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across departments. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Project Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflow and project completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Management: Organize internal campaign schedules and deliverables using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and projects remain on track.
Advertising Coordination: Track and manage advertising vender relationships and projects across various marketing channels, including digital, print, co-branding, and partnerships.
New Product & Services Support: Coordinate and track marketing deliverables for new products and services developed by the New Product Planning Committee.
General Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Product and Marketing with ongoing projects, administrative tasks, and other initiatives as needed.
Content and Asset Management: Maintain an organized repository of marketing materials, ensuring team members have access to the latest assets, templates, and guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities include the following:
Cross-Functional Support: Assist Product Managers in organizing cross-departmental initiatives related to product and service development as needed.
General Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Product and Marketing with ongoing projects, administrative tasks, and other initiatives as needed.
Inter-relationship
Interact with co-workers as a team member. This position will require working directly with stakeholders withing the TMAP team (Tech, Marketing, Analytics, and Product) and other possible stakeholders from time to time.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is a hybrid position, with expectation that in-office attendance is three days a week at minimum. For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. Possible travel for training purposes and conferences. May require working extended hours during month-end processes and system implementations.

Education and Related Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or administrative support. Internship experience in a marketing or product-related field is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
Strong attention to detail and ability to track deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an understanding of CRM-related tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
