Location: Hybrid (Minnesota or Colorado – Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Materials Management – Work with vendors and internal teams to develop a materials list for deployment sites
• Quote & Purchase Order Coordination – Gather, submit, and track quotes for materials, ensuring timely approvals and purchase order issuance
• Database & Tracking – Maintain a database or spreadsheet to track orders, material receipts, and deployment status
• Field Coordination – Partner with field technicians to oversee the deployment and construction of network infrastructure
• Task & Site Management – Utilize or develop a structured task list to track and complete deployments efficiently
• Financial Closeout – Work with the finance team to finalize purchase orders and ensure smooth project completion
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with internal and external teams, including engineering firms and network vendors

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams
• Experience or strong interest in technology and IT environments
• Familiarity with network infrastructure deployment (preferred but not required)
• Technical proficiency in:
• Excel (data tracking and reporting)
• SAP (ECC) with T-codes for financial and procurement tracking
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
• ServiceNow for tracking projects and managing change orders

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in a regulated environment such as utilities or telecom
• Prior experience coordinating with field technicians and external vendors
• Background with companies specializing in engineering, telecommunications, or infrastructure deployment
