Job Summary
 

Potential candidate will be responsible for maintaining all project tracking and financial documentation to support the project team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and other project management software and will have good communications skills.

Responsibilities

 

What You Will Do

  • Work with project managers to maintain project trackers and provide reports as necessary.
  • Work with project managers to provide financial tracking as well as preparing necessary financial documents such as PO requests, work authorizations and intercompany authorizations.
  • Track required special inspections and follow-up as necessary to maintain schedules.
  • Track permitting and review communications with municipalities.
  • Help prepare and track proposals, change orders and other financial communications with client.
  • Keep track of time on projects/training/meetings/etc.
  • Complete company required training/policy reviews in a timely manner

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of wireless telecommunications experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Travel is generally not required in this position.

 

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Self-motivated, driven, reliable and good communication skills required.
  • Higher education and certifications or training preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge.
  • Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise adaptability in new situations.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills.
  • Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines.

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.  

 

 

Expected compensation includes 40-50,000 and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
