Project Coordinator

Assistant Project Coordinator
Our client in Madison is looking to bring on an Project Coordinator to join their growing team! This position offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience working directly with the Project Manager at their Madison headquarters. Candidates with basic AutoCAD knowledge and an interest in project coordination are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to $24/hr

Work includes:

• Assist with site design using AutoCAD
• Prepare and submit state and local project permits (WI, IL, IA)
• Quote construction projects and support project estimating
• Coordinate install teams and schedule sub-contractors
• Order and schedule supplies for projects
• Schedule heavy equipment transport to and from job sites
• Maintain project documentation and assist with organization
• Contact and schedule inspection agents
• Provide field logistics support (manpower, materials, equipment)
• Assist in monthly project billings and inventory transfers

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Construction/project coordination experience preferred but NOT required
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
