Description

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with external customers and internal departments to ensure the successful alignment of operations and customer requirements.  The position works with Project Manager and Project Analysts to support the day-to-day requirements of customers from component receipts to finished good shipments. The position works closely with Production, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure the customer’s requirements are anticipated and delivered.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Work with Project Managers and Analysts in the day-to-day execution required to meet customer demands. 
  • Support aspects of managing projects, such as tracking project tasks and posting status reports/ recaps as required by the project manager/analyst. 
  • Align, enter, and track lab requests through internal portals and communication with R&I.
  • Analyze, acknowledge, and enter sales demand and orders into the ERP system and communicate new entries and timelines to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and improvement of finished good specifications.
  • Coordinate the release disposition and shipment of finished goods 
  • Coordinate with Sales and Scheduling to ensure timely execution of production 
  • Create presentations, reports, and documents that showcase the state of the business or projects.
  • Remain in compliance with SOPs related to Sales that include, but are not limited to, Training, Customer Complaints, Product Recalls, NOEs, CAPAs, QC Standards, and OTC stability.
  • Understand basic SOPs, as well as internal manufacturing capabilities and operational requirements, to align with customer inquiries.
  • Additional duties and or special projects as required by the Project Manager or Project Analyst.
  • Adaptability Required: Given our startup environment, job requirements may undergo adjustments to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • SAP, Oracle, or SAGE X3 software experience a plus.

Experience Required

  • Associates Degree required.
  • Experience in Personal Care/Cosmetic Industry, preferably in Contract Manufacturing.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to climb stairs, stand for long periods of time, and have the ability to bend.
  • Move, transport, and position up to 25 pounds.
  • Move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
