We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in managing the project lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring that all project milestones are met according to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support project activities, ensuring timely completion

  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules

  • Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues

  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and timelines

  • Track and monitor project progress and report on status to senior management

  • Coordinate project resources, including vendors, contractors, and team members

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications

  • Handle project logistics, including permits, materials, and equipment

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
