EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contingent upon contract award

Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will provide vital administrative support to the project management team, handling project documentation, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day activities to ensure smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project manager in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on project progress.
  • Organize project-related materials and ensure all team members have the necessary resources.
  • Manage project timelines by scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and supporting deliverables.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses and providing regular budget updates.
  • Maintain project files and documentation for easy access and reference by the project team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in consulting or utilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
