This is a fantastic opportunity to play an essential role in our continued success at a company that prides itself on integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings with the project team to understand their needs
Manage and maintain filing systems and project documentation
Process accounts payable and invoicing
Compile and track project documents, ensuring their completeness and accuracy
Monitor the status of executed documents and follow up as needed
Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic job files
Provide general administrative support to the Project Management Department
Assist with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and reviews
Qualifications:
Previous construction administrative experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing needs
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and meet company’s insurance requirements for driving
