The Project Coordinator supports Curant Healthβs Continuous Process Improvement team and cross-functional partners in implementing new business and strategic projects across all business units. This role is ideal for someone looking to build project management experience while contributing to company growth in the healthcare space.
Coordinate tasks and resources for 340B provider account launches, ensuring systems are updated and documentation is complete.
Maintain project checklists, organize files, and support meeting logistics (agendas, minutes, scheduling).
Assist with wholesaler setup and testing in the pharmacy system.
Support contract redlining and approval workflows.
Draft basic project plans and implementation documents using standard templates.
Track project activities and follow up to ensure timelines are met.
Provide reports, meeting notes, and administrative support to project managers.
Help manage internal tools and trackers (e.g., ContractWorks, MedPlan, InteliWise).
Participate in requirements-gathering, workflow documentation, and process mapping when needed.
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment.
Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
At least 2 years in a project coordination or support role.
Experience in healthcare, business, or sales is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
