We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATORS who can work in a fast pace environment and must be available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
Support team in ensuring projects are delivered at the level of quality sold to the customer
Make quality day ahead calls on each ticket
Complete check in and check out calls
Review and approve deliverable approved within 24 hours of job
Respond immediately (within the hour) to customer inquiries and requests
Follow guidelines and process to ensure project can be delivered at the expected margin
Enter work requests in system w/in 24 hours
Answer queue calls and respond to technician status and requests through the queue
Ensure techs for your tickets are on time
Manage techs progress throughout the day
Obtain customer approval for all out of scope work
Manage project on time check out of technicians
Close orders and record all out of scope
Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree a plus (concentration in telecommunications or data communications preferred)
1 to 2 years work experience in positions of managing projects, preferred
Telecom experience in retail industry experience desired

Hours: Monday - Friday: Flexible start times between 7:00am - 10:00am, must be open to working OT
