Wachter is accepting applications in our Lowell, AR office for Project Coordinator for Wachter/BWB Facility-related projects. This position can be part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in design, construction, or architecture. This is not a travel role although the Project Coordinator will support projects nationwide.  If at times travel helps fulfill project duties corporate-provided travel arrangements will be made.

Requirements:

    • Experience or education related to construction management, building design, or architecture.
    • An education in building management is a plus, although not required.
    • High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills verbal & written.
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office platforms including SharePoint, and other project management software.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Previous experience in project support or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Director with daily operational tasks.
    • Coordinate with general contractor, architect, engineers, project managers and internal teams.
    • Provide logistical project support.
    • Manage project and maintenance scheduling.
    • Manage project billings.
    • Assist in managing the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating selected bid opportunities.
    • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
    • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
    • Adhere to all required project safety requirements set forth by the Company and OSHA.
$21 - $28 an hour
Based on qualifications and experience.
