Project Coordinator, Strategic Planning

What you will be doing:

• Assist Product Owners in managing product backlogs, tracking development progress, and ensuring timely updates.
• Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing key discussions and action items, and distributing meeting summaries to stakeholders
• Submit sprint work requests to IT, ensure proper intake, and confirm alignment on priorities and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards to help Product Owners make data-driven decisions.
• Create and configure project boards in Monday.com using predefined templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in project tracking
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Assist in creating and refining workflows, ensuring efficiency in product management processes.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to document business requirements and user stories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or High School diploma and related work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a product support, administrative, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Experience in the P&C Insurance industry preferred
• Experience using Monday.com preferred

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and work with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Solid working proficiencies of business operations, procedures, and priorities with a strong ability to support change and impart value within an organization.
• Proficient in other MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
