ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware is searching for a dynamic Administrative Project Coordinator for our Medical Group Provider Compensation team.
This multi-skilled Project Coordinator will directly report to the Director of Provider Compensation and will receive direction from the Provider Compensation Manager. The Administrative Project Coordinator be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Medical Group Provider Compensation and Contracting team. Serves as a resource related to various contract tracking initiatives including CME, stipends, and other types of one-time payments and oversees all casual physician and Independent Contractor arrangements for the Medical Group. This role will manage, administer and coordinate various programs and initiatives that support the Provider Compensation and Contracting Department and Medical Group Service Lines. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding all things related to provider contracting, onboarding and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Helps support the full contract lifecycle management of all Medical Group Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Supports the Provider Contracts Manager in initiation and follow through of all new Physician contracts, renewals and amendments, including weekly follow ups on outstanding and unsigned contracts.
Develop and lead an organized approach to requesting and reviewing Medical Group Independent Contractor arrangements. Will serve as the liaison between the Legal Department and the Service Lines for Independent Contractor arrangements.
Manages all casual provider contracts from inception to termination, including processing in Meditract, tracking hours worked and processing contract terminations.
Processes, tracks, and validates Provider retention bonuses, loan repayments and stipends for all Providers within the Medical Group
Coordinates and oversees system upgrades and initiatives, including Workday release testing and ongoing Workday/SST projects related to provider compensation and time tracking.
Manages all provider CME tracking, including organizing team of reviewers, providing guidance and updating tracking sheets for all new hires and FTE changes throughout the year.
Assists the Manager of Provider Contracts in tracking and resolving open contracting items and issues, including timely communication with business stakeholders to drive accountability with provider contracts.
Performs other duties as required.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one year required demonstrated experience in supporting a team.
Minimum of one year required demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills".
2-3 years of experience with project coordination required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
