STARK is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator in our Morristown, NJ showroom. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in providing exceptional support and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communications via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings
    • prepare necessary materials and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with clear, detailed, and accurate information.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.
  • Contribute ideas for proactive problem-solving to enhance client satisfaction.
  • All pre-sale functions including:
    • Process and edit sales orders for Account Managers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Generate and manage purchase orders.
    • Follow up on order status with mills and communicate updates to Account Managers and clients.
    • Manage sample logistics, including shipping, transfers, memos, and reserves.
    • Coordinate installations, deliveries, measures, and service calls.
    • Support new business development by assisting with client attraction and business expansion efforts.
  • Assist AMs with post sales functions:
    • Support the conversion of orders and ensure accurate processing.
    • Assist with invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Enter and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide support and coverage as needed, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Must exemplify STARK Core Values
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience is preferred.
