The Oregon Health Authority has a fantastic opportunity for a Special Project Coordinator to join an excellent team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Management Non-Supervisory position with the External Relations Division.
The AA Salary Range for this position is between $6,667.00 to $9,830.00 per month.
What you will do!
The Special Projects Coordinator (SPC) primary internal purpose is to engage, align, and inform across agencies, units, and sections. The SPC will also support the Business Team in monitoring grantees' activities and will assist in conducting monthly check-in meetings and compliance audits to evaluate outcomes, outputs, and activities, thereby determining progress towards grant and program overall goals. The SPC will lead and support internal and external projects as assigned by OCHE’s leadership, serving as a liaison between OCHE and other OHA Divisions, agencies, decision-makers, community partners, and communities.
The SPC will also conduct community engagement presentations in communities statewide, including those with members from the most vulnerable and marginalized populations in Oregon.

What we are looking for:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
