PDT Partners is seeking an exceptional Program Manager/Business Analyst to join our BusOps Platform team. We own the end-to-end tech stack supporting PDT's critical business operations and company-wide financial data platform. 

Our systems are central to PDT's success, and power everything from trading-critical real-time messaging systems to large-scale batch processing of financial datasets.  Responsibilities Include:  

  • Own the roadmap for key components of the technology that enables our world-class Business Operations organization
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users' workflows and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with engineering teams to select, scope, design, build, and deliver sophisticated technical solutions that meet complex business requirements
  • Drive the requirements gathering process, including stakeholder interviews, user research, and documentation
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from conception through deployment and support
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups including Research, Trading, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior Operations and Tech leadership to drive consensus
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines

  • 2+ years of technical project/program management or business analyst experience
  • Experience working directly with or supporting business functions such as legal, compliance, procurement, or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field

The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential bonus amounts.  Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
