About This Position
As a Technical Coordinator, you will work directly with customers to assess their requirements and needs, ensuring that technical solutions are effectively implemented. You will have enough technical depth to ask appropriate questions, assist in SME resourcing, and ensure projects are well-organized and executed smoothly. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to host and coordinate meetings with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and needs.
- Assess and document customer requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Ask relevant technical questions to gather detailed information and provide accurate solutions.
- Comfortable leading conversations with clients, engineers and PMs.
- Assist in resourcing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for various projects.
- Organize and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Host and facilitate meetings with customers, providing clear communication and updates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Review and provide quality assurance for documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical coordination or similar role.
- Passionate about cyber security.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools and related software.
- Proficiency with ConnectWise platform
- Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong relationship building skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Conversant’s Culture and Values.
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT consulting or a similar field.
- Familiarity with project/service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of various IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Consulting background a plus.
- Prior cyber security experience a plus.
