Overview

The Brand Project Coordinator oversees the marketing process from concept/brief through completion for digital and in store assets by creating and managing detailed project plans. Ensure that the project plans contain accurate information, fulfillment of project results, and realistic deadlines. Work with cross-functional partners (including but not limited to; creative, visual merchandising, CRM, E-comm, planning, merchandising, production and design), and manage timetables to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and maintain efficient traffic and workflow systems in order to ensure timely delivery of all projects from inception to release for production.
• Operate as day-to-date contact for project plans, schedules and deliverables. Act as liaison between marketing team, merchandising, design, planning other internal partners, and external partners to process marketing projects. Maintain creative services briefs and calendars (market dates, trade shows, photo shoots, sponsorships and events).
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and timelines; manage calendar and deliverables on a weekly basis. Act as central project coordinator for cross functional teams.
• Assist in running bi-weekly scrum meetings with the teams to gain alignment and ensure projects will be delivered on time.
• Track progress, and proactively identify and escalate tasks or projects that are at risk of missing deadlines; anticipate issues, and work with stakeholders to problem solve or revise timetable to ensure success.
• Maintain and update schedules, calendars and agendas.
• Work alongside manager to ensure preparation of meeting agendas, materials, room scheduling and that meeting notes are sent out in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with project scheduling and coordination in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates clear understanding of the creative space (digital space, web, print, social media, packaging) and the time needed to complete projects within them.
• Highly organized and driven self-starter; strives for optimization and efficiency.
• Resourceful, creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment with quick turnaround times and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines along with daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Travel may be required, based on business needs.
• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to communicate verbally and exchange information in person and telephonically
• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level

The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 hourly. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
