FOH Senior Project Coordinator

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a FOH Senior Project Coordinator to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for supporting IT-related projects that enhance Front of House (FOH) operations. This role works closely with the PMO team, executive stakeholders, and external vendors. This position will be assisting a project manager with contract management and financial reporting for their project(s). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, has strong communication and documentation skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects related to FOH operations.
• Proficient in contract management and financial reporting for large-scale projects within the hospitality, gaming, or casino industries.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and FOH staff to implement technology solutions.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project updates to assist project managers in keeping executive-level stakeholders informed.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a large PMO team.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity of payment processing projects implementing Shift4, FreedomPay, etc., is a plus.
