This position is largely remote, but will require driving proximity to Charlotte, North Carolina, for purposeful engagement with the Fingerpaint Branding team (approximately once a month).
 
Overview of the Role:
 
The Project Coordinator is a position whose key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
  • Assist in building client deliverables from each of Fingerpaint Brand's key areas of expertise
  • Track and create meeting notes and next step reports
  • Support client teams on projectrelated tasks and deliverables
  • Assist in developing project timelines and status updates for internal and client teams
  • Participate in the creation of proposals and statements of work
  • Other tasks related to general project management

  • Fast learner with demonstrated success in fastpaced environment

  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Innovative and inquisitive to learn new things and explore new products/ideas
Preferred Background and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite is a plus, but not necessary
  • 12 years of professional experience appreciated
  • Branding / Advertising passion a big plus
