POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Coordinator will perform an integral role within the day-to-day scheduling, task coordination, reporting, escalation, and triage activities related to OSP construction and related activities.
The project coordinator will serve as a key supporting element to our construction and maintenance activities with our prime customers. This is a hands-on coordinator role, working alongside existing Lightspeed construction management, and program management office.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively across functional areas and throughout all levels in the organization, including customer staff. The candidate will be well organized, and detail oriented throughout all activities.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in fast changing, start-up environment where resources are optimized around producing measurable results. A heavy reliance upon industry partners and contingent resources is a key aspect of this role. The role will be predominately office based with opportunities for hybrid work schedules.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
