Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator at Real Floors Commercial, Inc.
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring our construction projects stay on track. This office-based position serves as the central connection between field teams and company systems, driving efficiency and supporting project success.
Your Role:
- Utilize RFMS software to manage project details and maintain accuracy.
- Attend weekly project meetings and handle associated documentation.
- Coordinate material procurement, supplier communications, and submittals.
- Assign labor crews and organize equipment rentals to meet project needs.
- Maintain up-to-date project information and support inventory management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RFMS is a plus.
- Background in construction or flooring preferred.
