Summary:
The primary job responsibilities of this position takes place after the sale as we move to re-measuring, ordering, delivery, installation, and service of the window and door product. This person will schedule and implement the Order Verification Process in the Replacement segment, fortify customer satisfaction, set customer expectations, advise customer on resolution dates at the time the problem is recognized, promptly report actions taken to sales consultant and installation manager, and act as installer liaison. This person may also be called upon to verify install dates with the customer and collect final payments, verify complete deliveries, report results, order entry of repair and recovery parts, enter warranty credit claims and complete installer payroll. This person will also assist with installer checklists, assist installers with emergency, and promptly notify the Service Department and Delivery Department of problems.
