Job Description

  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive
  • Provide phone support, including screening and directing calls
  • Work on projects pertaining to customer updates within the CRM system
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with sales calls, including notetaking, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience within an executive level support role
  • Experience with a CRM software like Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small office environment

Additional Information

Compensation: $65-85K

This is a full-time, in person position that will require a 40 + hour work week.
